FAQs

Can I buy multiple subscriptions at once?

Yes. Each subscription covers one device, so this is how you use tweak on more than one computer. Email us and we'll assist you on performing a purchase for multiple subscriptions at once.

Can I use tweak with a different email than the one used during checkout?

No, unless you purchase multiple subscriptions where you get to choose your email. The email address associated to your subscription is the one from your chosen sign in method (Google or GitHub). You can sign in interchangeably with Google and GitHub in case they have the same email address.

How many devices can I use tweak on?

One device per subscription. A device is one computer: every browser you use tweak in on that computer counts as the same device. To use tweak on a second computer you need a second subscription.

How do I move my subscription to another computer?

Sign out of tweak on the old computer, then sign in on the new one. You can move a subscription up to 3 times a month. If you need more (for example you had to reinstall tweak after a software failure, or your old computer was lost or broke), email help@tweak-extension.com and we'll sort it out.

Can I transfer the subscription to another email?

No. You'll need to cancel your current subscription and create a new one.

How can I change my monthly subscription to annual (or vice-versa)?

Send an email to help@tweak-extension.com with your desired plan. We'll process your request and you'll be notified once the change takes effect.

How to activate my plan?

To activate a plan you need to:

  1. Ensure tweak is installed in your preferred supported browser
  2. Inside the extension access's the extension left menu
  3. Click "Sign in"
  4. Follow the sign in flow in the website. Once you're through your plan will immediately take effect in the extension.
Is there a free trial?

Yes! Our premium plan has a 7-days free trial so you can experience the full power of tweak for free. You will receive an email a few days before your free trial ends, to remind you that you will be charged at the start of the billing cycle, through your selected payment method.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription anytime. No question asked. To cancel, access the the left menu within the extension and press the "Cancel subscription" button. You will be redirected to our reseller platform where you can effectively cancel the subscription.

Can I get a refund?

There is a 7-days free trial. If you don't cancel your subscription within the trial time you will be charged once the billing cycle starts. If you think there's been a mistake, please email help@paddle.com with your receipt number.

In what countries can I sign up for a subscription?

We are in line with what our reseller platform can offer. Please consult here the list of restricted countries.

What payment methods do you support?

Paddle supports several digital payment methods, you can find a comphrehensive list of those here. As of September 2024 these include:
